Hi Mama,
My name is Holly Lepage
As a CrossFit Coach, it wasn't until I became pregnant with my son that I realized what a huge gap there is in our training knowledge when it comes to serving pregnant and postpartum women. Not only that but once I'd had my son, there were limited options for getting back into a fitness routine that were baby-friendly but that also spoke to me as an athlete. I took that as my queue to create an in-person group strength and conditioning program for postpartum moms, and voila Babies & Barbells was born!
I am passionate about helping women feel confident and empowered in their bodies, and I believe that strength training is a crucial part of achieving that. My goal is to create a community of strong, like-minded women who are committed to building the amazing life they deserve. Join me on this journey and let's create a stronger, healthier you!

Babies & Barbells
Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00pm to 12:45pm for a progressive, full body strength and conditioning class. This class is perfect for Mommas who are between 6 weeks and 18 months postpartum, are looking to regain their strength, and want to be part of a community of like-minded women. We will explore a variety of movements over the 6 weeks, classes are suitable to all levels! Spaces are limited, fill out the form below to be notified when the next cycle of classes is open for registration.

Babies & Barbells Online
For the Momma who wants to regain her strength and prioritize her fitness, but who just can't commit to the in-person class schedule, this is for you! Through the use of a state-of-the-art training app, you will be able to workout on your own time, view video demonstrations of all movements including how to modify if needed and bonus - you will have access to me, your coach, 24/7! Our online program runs concurrently with the in-person classes so that you are able to still connect with other Moms through our online community, you will also have the option to join into live workouts via Zoom. Workouts are programmed to include minimal equipment and to be completed in 45 minutes or less.
